• Whistle Blower:
  • $2.2 million dollar settlement where the firm represented a cardiologist who sued UMDNJ claiming that he was improperly terminated for not participating in an improper scheme to increase catheterizations. The case resulted in a number of front page articles in the Star Ledge.

  • $2 million dollar settlement against a drug that had Effedra, which caused our client to have a stroke.
